2. What the service provides
Klick Local offers free website and local-search checks and optional paid AI visibility reports. Paid reports test selected business-related questions across the AI platforms identified at purchase. Reports may show mentions, sources and other signals based on the responses observed during the test.
Reports are informational snapshots, not ongoing monitoring unless a feature expressly states otherwise. The number of tests, covered platforms, features and price shown at checkout govern your purchase.
3. Accounts and permitted use
You may be asked to sign in using Google or another supported method. You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for activity conducted through your account. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with testing systems, submit unlawful content, or use automated access in ways that disrupt the service.
Only submit business details and other information that you are authorized to provide. Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential customer records into business-report fields.
4. Purchases and payments
Paid reports are offered as one-time purchases, not subscriptions, unless a future offer clearly states otherwise before payment. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment checkout is handled by Stripe. Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed as required during checkout.

5. AI results and limitations
AI responses can vary by wording, model, location context, time and available sources. A report describes the specific tests performed and should not be interpreted as a comprehensive measure of all AI recommendations or future visibility. An absent mention does not prove a business is never recommended; a positive mention does not guarantee traffic, leads, sales, search ranking or future AI responses.
Klick Local is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, OpenAI, Perplexity, Anthropic or other third-party AI providers. Third-party platforms can change their availability and behavior.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to operate the service reliably, but access, integrations and report generation may occasionally be interrupted. We may update features or these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Klick Local website, branding, report formats and original software are owned or licensed by the service operator. You may use reports you purchase for your own lawful business evaluation and internal decision-making. This does not transfer ownership of the software or underlying technology. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
8. No professional or performance guarantee
Reports are diagnostic information and are not legal, financial or guaranteed marketing advice. We do not promise any particular search ranking, AI recommendation, lead volume or revenue outcome.
9. Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or specific commercial results. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Any dispute will be handled under applicable law and through available lawful dispute-resolution processes.
